1. For each video list/discuss the key concepts you learned.
They key concepts that I have learned watching "Architecture: The Science of Design" would be the winds effects on tall buildings. Learning about "A smart apartment" was very interesting. and also understanding how concrete can be made for the buildings.
The key concepts that I have learned watching "Last Call for Planet Earth: Sustainable Development and Architecture" would be the problem of climate change and taking steps to figuring out what may be the best decisions to save our planet. Making sure whats in the air is safe.
2. How do the videos relate to the readings in the text?
Both videos relate to the readings in the text because they both discuss why it is important for buildings to be built secure. And also, talk deeply about the importance of construction from then and now.
3. What is your opinion of the films? How do they add depth to understanding of Architecture?
My opinion on both films would be that they both add depth to understanding Architecture by breaking down what is most important about it and not only allowing us to read about it but watch steps on it in the films so we can see it for ourselves.
4. Why did you choose the films that you watched?
I chose "Architecture: The Science of Design" and "Last Call for Planet Earth: Development and Architecture" because the titles sounded interesting to me and caught my attention.
