I love New York City. My Best friend is from Brooklyn, Ny. While walking the streets of the city it is easy to notice the unique style to it, all of the pieces that he collected reminded me of my first time visiting the city.

I felt a connection once I looked at the shattered mirror. Then reading his story, I was amazed when he said "..Can be shaped by the experience of anxiety and violence." it really caught my attention. I was shocked it was spot on. I have personally dealt with anxiety since High School so I felt a connection to it.

I would like to know more about this piece because yes it is told in the story that images were taken to show a point of view of someone traveling nearby on foot but I would like to learn more about this piece and what made people so interested in being here.

  1. These are great artworks! I remember seeing quite a few of these during my own trip to the Albright Knox Art Gallery. The piece "Dinamismo di un cane al guinzaglio" was one that I especially enjoyed, and wanted to know more about myself!

  2. I've noticed a lot of people also found "Dynamism of a Dog on a Leash" to be really intriguing, including myself. I would love to know more about it and why it draws so many people to it when as you said, there isn't too much information on it.

  3. One thing that did catch my eye, were the pieces that I also chose for this project. It was cool to see how those pieces caught our attention, that we both decided to incorporate them. Also, something cool I really noticed, was the fact that most of the pieces you chose, had little to no color. From that I assumed, you were attracted to pieces that didn't use much color. Overall, I think you did a great job!
